Because every piece is personally curated and approved, we want to ensure transparency regarding our consumer protection processes.
1. General Policy: Final Sale
All items purchased through Kaffeinated By Kam LLC are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, style preferences, or buyers' remorse.
Hygiene & Safety Notice: Due to the consumer-facing nature of our products—specifically reusable drinkware, tumblers, glassware, and associated straws or lids—all sales are final. To strictly comply with public health, safety, and sanitary standards, we absolutely cannot accept or process returns on items intended for beverage consumption once they have left our fulfillment facility.
2. Transit Damage & Defect Guarantee
While we do not accept general returns, your satisfaction is paramount. We know that premium glassware and delicate tumblers can occasionally experience rough handling during shipping logistics. If your product arrives broken, cracked, or structurally defective from transit, we will issue a 100% free replacement item immediately.
To qualify for a complimentary transit replacement, customers must complete our verification procedure within 48 hours of delivery as documented by the carrier tracking timestamp.
3. How to Submit a Replacement Claim
If your order has arrived damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

Document the Issue: Take clear, high-resolution photographs showing the transit damage, cracked glass, or defect. Include a photograph of the outer shipping box or mailer package layout, especially if it shows external damage.

Include Details: Attach your photographic evidence to the email and provide a brief statement detailing the nature of the damage.
Our fulfillment team will evaluate your submission within 2 to 3 business days. Once verified, a replacement item will be prepared, packed, and tracking details will be sent directly to your email address at no additional cost to you.
4. Out-of-Stock Transit Replacements
In the event that an item arrives damaged but that specific collection or style is entirely sold out or discontinued, Kaffeinated By Kam LLC will offer you the choice between two resolutions:

A direct storefront credit equal to the original purchase price of the item to choose another product from our inventory.

A full refund of the damaged item’s purchase price issued back to your original payment method.
