At Kaffeinated By Kam LLC, we want to help you elevate your pour and perfect your at-home beverage routine as quickly as possible. Because we curate our inventory across different specialized fulfillment centers to bring you both exclusive boutique items and premium daily staples, shipping and processing times can vary depending on the items in your order.

Please read our fulfillment details carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Windows

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Most items are processed and prepared for transit within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an automated confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a separate shipping notification containing your active tracking details as soon as the item leaves our warehouse network.

2. Shipping Lifetimes & Multi-Location Fulfillment

To bring you the best variety of drinkware and home barista essentials, our products are dispatched from two separate fulfillment streams. Because of this, items in the same purchase may arrive in separate packages at different times.

  • Boutique / On-Hand Items: Products stocked directly in our local facility are typically processed immediately and arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

  • Special Curation / Direct Global Imports: Select specialized drinkware collections and high-demand pieces are shipped directly to you from our global partner fulfillment centers overseas. These items typically require up to 10 to 15 business days for delivery.

Please refer to specific product descriptions on our storefront for explicit flags indicating delivery timeframes if you are purchasing items for a time-sensitive event.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

We provide a tracking number for every package leaving our network. If your order contains items from both our local warehouse and our global partners, you will receive multiple tracking numbers so you can monitor each package individually. Tracking information can occasionally take 48–72 hours after initial dispatch to update inside the courier's system.

4. Delivery & Address Verification

It is the buyer’s strict responsibility to verify that the shipping address is correct, complete, and secure at checkout. Kaffeinated By Kam LLC cannot modify shipping details once an order has left processing, and we do not issue refunds or free replacements for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier but you have not received it, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier or checking with neighbors, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For items fulfilled through our international logistics hubs, packages typically clear customs seamlessly as standard individual imports. However, Kaffeinated By Kam LLC is not responsible for unexpected customs delays, import duties, or local taxes levied by destination authorities. Any additional fees accrued upon import are the sole responsibility of the customer.
